Discovered today that my course has to be paid up during year one. That’s over £8k, with definately 4 of it to be found by me. I have asked finance if I can have a loan from the PCT, and anyway I will do it some how. Not sure selling my body would raise much though; too much of it!
Second bombshell is that we are all moving out of our office to another about 10 miles away, trouble with this is that the new place is in a town prone to traffic problems both in the town centre and on the surrounding major roads. The PCT was meant to be looking for a brand new head office but with the uncertainties following recent the government document no one knows where we will be in say 2 years time. On a positive note though it will mean more of the team being together in the same office, and by tomorrow I will be feeling better about this. I guess I am also fed up about the fact that my trusty admin support is off sick for a week with a chest infection. Even though I’ve only been back 3 weeks I could do with a week off; don’t need the chest infection thought. This is not meant to be unsympatheric because I am not; just being a bit selfish.
On a massive plus side though, what fantastic weather we are having!!!
